Also conveyed herein is an Easement originally granted on July 26, 1983, by T. Penn McWhorter, Executor of the Estate of J. W. Maynard, Jr., of Barrow County, Georgia to Jerry M. Maynard, same being more fully described as recorded in Deed Book 44, page 286 and 287, Clerks Office, Barrow County Superior Court records. The above-described real estate is more commonly known as 123 McNeal Road, Winder, Georgia 30680. The sale will be subject to a first mortgage Security Deed to Kenneth Richard Brown, dated September 29, 2023, and recorded in Deed Book 2791, page 397, Barrow County, Georgia records. The sale will also be subject to any unpaid taxes and other assessments which may be liens against the property. Notice has been given of the intention to collect attorneys fees in accordance with the terms of the note and deed to secure debt. Said property will be sold as the property of DANIJEL AZAN BEGANOVIC and the proceeds will be applied to the payment of said indebtedness, the expenses and costs of sale, including attorneys fees. Any remaining proceeds will be applied pursuant to said deed and the laws of the State of Georgia.
