NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF CLAYTON By virtue of a Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed from Winifred Green, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Titan Mutual Lending, Inc., dated April 9, 2022, and recorded on April 18, 2022 in Deed Book 12929, at Page 44, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Clayton County, Georgia, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date, in the original principal amount of Two Hundred Sixty Thousand, Four Hundred Eighty and no/100 Dollars ($260,480.00), with interest thereon as provided therein, as last transferred to PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, recorded in Deed Book 13491, at Page 420, in aforesaid records, will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Clayton County, Georgia, or at such place as has been or may be lawfully designated as an alternative location, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in August, 2026, all property described in said Security Deed including, but not limited to, the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 207 OF THE 5TH DISTRICT OF CLAYTON COUNTY, GEORGIA, AND BEING LOT 117, THE LANDINGS AT MUNDY`S MILL SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 78 - 79, CLAYTON COUNTY PUBLIC RECORDS.
