A small county between two larger ones

Candler was founded in 1914 and named for Allen D. Candler, the 56th governor of Georgia. Candler had 10,981 residents at the 2020 census and an estimated 11,275 in 2025, which makes it one of the smallest markets on the platform. The checklist covers how funds must be presented.

Foreclosure notices publish in the Metter Advertiser. The county sits between Bulloch and Toombs, both larger markets running their own sale on the same first Tuesday. In a county this size the published notice is often the only public signal a property is heading to auction.
