NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, FLOYD COUNTY By virtue of a Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed from MICHAEL GOODWIN and MELANIE GOODWIN to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC.
