The inventory concentrates in Douglasville itself and in Lithia Springs on the Cobb and Fulton side. Buyers here are often people priced out of the counties to the north and east, which supports resale as well as rent.

Douglas County values track the practicality of getting into Atlanta on I-20. Properties within easy reach of the interstate and the Thornton Road corridor hold value and rent reliably.
